The Chief of Staff is the CEO’s right hand and will be responsible for leading special projects, connecting dots across departments, and ensuring company-wide initiatives are aligned, moving forward, and executed well. This role functions as the company-wide PMO, supporting strategy, operations, and internal communication to help the CEO and team stay focused and effective. The intention of this role is to be both strategic and operational, supporting the CEO as they manage changing priorities, they will be a key advisor.
Lead and manage cross-functional special projects and strategic initiatives from idea through execution.
Act as the connective tissue across teams, ensuring strong internal communication and alignment. Coordinate internal project teams, and act as the liaison between leadership and the broader company.
Own and manage internal operating rhythms including, but not limited to team meetings, leadership offsites, planning cycles, SOPs,
Translate strategic goals into actionable workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.
Serve as the point person for executive planning, priority setting, and decision-making support. Drive accountability by tracking progress against key company priorities and ensuring follow-through.
Be a problem solver. Support the CEO by knowing where priorities and tasks live, who is responsible, and ensure that the teams are supported with the right resources.
Help the CEO stay organized, prepared, and ahead of the curve through briefing docs, prep materials, and operational support.

The ideal candidate is either a seasoned Chief of Staff or equivalent or a generalist with a strong consulting background. This could be a great opportunity for someone to expand on their domain expertise or someone in or tangential to the sports world looking to learn all parts of the business. You’ll serve as a thought partner with a seat at the table and know when to push back or disagree and commit. You’re a dot connector and a critical thinker and are able to see the big picture and are resourceful enough to figure out the path. You are an excellent communicator, facilitator, relationship builder. You can get serious and make and take a joke and are comfortable in an ever-changing environment. Strong background in strategy, operations, consulting, or previous chief of staff roles.
Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines with ease.
Excellent communicator, writer, and meeting facilitator.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.).
Analytical thinker who can break down complex problems and develop clear, actionable plans.
Strategic mindset with a bias toward action. You are both a planner and a doer.
Ability to zoom out and think several steps ahead, while also executing in the weeds.
Comfortable with a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, and ambiguity.
